With Love by Mila runs withlovebymila.com. This policy covers that site, including Team Mikayla daily vote reminder texts.

Daily vote reminders

If you sign up for daily vote reminders, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your mobile phone number
• The date and time you signed up

We use that information to send you one text per day while Youth Athlete of the Year voting is open. The text includes a link to the public voting page. We stop these texts when the contest ends. We stop sooner if you reply STOP.

We do not sell your first name or your mobile number.

We store the signup in a private spreadsheet. Twilio delivers the texts. Twilio receives your mobile number and the message.

Other forms on this site

The home page contact form collects your name, email address, and message so we can reply.

The kale chips Christmas list collects your name, email address, and an optional note.

We do not sell that information.

Cookies and spam checks

The site uses a session cookie so a form cannot be submitted by another website in your name. Signup forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA follows the Google Privacy Policy.

Children

Do not sign a child up for these texts. This program is for adults who want a vote reminder.
